Energy has been the main activity area of our company since the starting of the business in 1993. Our objective is to help our clients to find sustainable solutions to both bigger and smaller energy-related problems which may arise in different phases of project development.  To our clients we provide on daily basis competent, unbiased and innovative advise with energy related issues. We are the first choice to our clients and partners within energy.

Owner’s engineering and project management consulting services has been offered since 2001 when renovation of big scale power production capacities started and bio-fuelled CHP-s were already at idea’s level. Since then our team members have constantly participated in the construction of various power plants and heat only boiler houses in different locations which has enabled us to develop and practice our competences. Acquired long term experience enable us to offer high quality home office and on-site services like document control, mechanical, welding, electrical, I&C, construction and SHEQ (safety, health, environmental and quality) supervision. Our project management capabilities has been proved in various EPCM (engineering, procurement, construction management) projects throughout the Baltics and overseas.

Environmental consulting services has been offered from the very beginning, since 1994. Our environmental services  has been since then continuously developing and includes health and environmental impact assessments, environmental due diligences and audits, integrated pollution prevention and control permitting, allowed emissions calculation, assessment and prediction of environmental noise, odours and also wind farm noises and flickering.

Nomine Consult OÜ is greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reports official verification body, accredited by Estonian Accreditation Centre since 2012. Accreditation scope is verification of greenhouse gas emissions reports according to Atmospheric Air Protection Act, EU ETS Directive 2003/87/EC and Commission Regulation (EU) No. 601/2012 in categories of activities as 1a (combustion of fuels in installations, where only commercial standard fuels as defined in Regulation (EU) No 601/2012 are used or where natural gas is used in category A or B installations), 1b (combustion of fuels in installations, without restrictions), 2 (refining of mineral oil), 6 (production of lime) and 98 (other activities pursuant to article 10a of Directive 2003/87/EC).
